Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: 100% refund
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour: non-refundable

No Show
Failure to show up on the day of the service is non-refundable

Weather Conditions
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or port closure:
A rescheduling option will be offered at no additional cost
Or a full refund will be provided

Date Changes
Subject to availability
Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

Refunds
Processed within 5 to 10 business days
Issued through the original payment method
