Service
Isla Mujeres Prime offers catamaran tour experiences and beach club services in Isla Mujeres.

Responsibility
The customer is responsible for arriving on time at the departure point
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer

Safety
The use of a life jacket is mandatory during water activities
All activities are subject to weather conditions

Conduct
We reserve the right of admission in case of inappropriate behavior

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons
